(1) Vendor needs to convert all documents into digital format, making them available for easy retrieval and reproduction using scanning resolution between 200 DPI to 300 DPI in TIFF, PDF and other formats.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
