Government Authority located in California; USA looking for expert vendor for records scanning and microfilms and microfiche services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide secure and effective off-site storage and retrieval services for microfilms containing official public records of the government authority.
(2) Government authority have approximate 11,500 units of microfilm in varying sizes stored in over 400 cubic feet of storage space.
(3) Vendor should regularly and continuously engage in the business of providing microfilm retention services for customers of similar size for at least five years.
(4) Vendor should provide County unlimited support in retrieving and duplicating images from a specific microfilm or microfiche from stored records as requested by the County.
(5) Vendor’s vault shall not be in the close proximity of an earthquake fault line or heavy flood zone to ensure microfilm and microfiche are adequately protected from external elements.
(6) Vendor’s vault location must not be in the same electrical grid and/or earthquake zone as the government authority's Office in Oakland, CA.
(7) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 26, 2016 and January 27, 2016.
(8) Contract period shall be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
