[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive marketing plan development services for targeted marketing initiatives that promote major programs, services and strategic plan initiatives include an image statement, the identification and prioritization of target audiences, key strategic messages, goals and objectives and specific strategies and activities.
(2) Contract period shall be for two years.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on November 3, 2015.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
