[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after hour call answering services during Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during non-working hours Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. and in weekends and holidays the proposer will take calls twenty four hours per day for critical and non-critical services.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 3,000 minutes.
(3) Contract period shall be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
