Vendor needs to provide workers compensation consultant service for evaluating outcomes, recommending potential enhancements or improvements that would generate better outcomes for claimants at lower costs for employers, and supporting the scaling up of the pilot into either companion pilots or otherwise transitioning the pilot structure to become the preferred method of delivering healthcare to claimants.
