[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide foreign language interpretation, translation and transcription services from the targeted language to English and vice versa, and occasionally, from one targeted language to another targeted language.
(2) This bid set aside for partial small business.
(3) Contract period shall be for five years.
