[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical access program third party administrative services for receive and process both paper and electronic claims, adjudicate claims according to specified payment standards, eligibility and prior authorization requirements as well as contractual agreements, submit preview or pre-release of claims for payment for review and approval, provide disbursements to providers weekly with electronic funds transfer capabilities and electronic remittance advice.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
