Government Authority located in Colorado; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for paper to digital document scanning and conversion services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and conversion services using minimum scanning resolution at 300 DPI in TIFF, PDF and JPEG include the scanning, computer indexing, second pass verification and creating a load file.
(2) Contractor facility must be located within a 50 mile radius of the federal office building U.S. court house in downtown Denver, CO.
(3) Approximate work volume will be 10 to 500,000 pages per order (most orders will be for less than 20,000 pages) and 1 to 10 orders per month.
(4) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
