Government Authority located in Oregon; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for telephone call answering services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 telephone call answering services for operate dedicated child abuse hotlines.
(2) Vendor needs to also provide telephone call answering services on full-day holiday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day) and partial holiday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.(New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day and Day after Thanksgiving).
(3) Approximate call volume will be 10 to 30 calls per hour during regular schedule and 3 to 10 calls per hour during holiday.
(4) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
