[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal counsel services for the receivership estate, including, resolution of bond claims, return of collateral and escrow funds, advice on claims of affected guaranty funds and handling including completion of discovery, preparation for and representation at trial, summary judgment motions and negotiation with opposing counsel to the government authority located in Harrisburg, PA.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
