Vendor needs to provide fleet fuel management system include the hardware and software system required to manage the fuelling for a fleet of vehicles, account for the fuel consumed, control access to the fuelling products and report current fuel product inventories and hardware include communications equipment, remote fuel control terminals and vehicle information sub-systems.
