[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate sales and acquisition services, and real estate consultation and advisory services on an as needed basis with the capability and flexibility necessary to respond to emergent real estate brokerage and other unanticipated needs including marketing, sales and leasing of unique county properties to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
