[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound call center operations services during Monday through Friday from 6:00 am and 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 250,000 inbound calls and 96,500 outbound calls.
(3) An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on December 17, 2015.
(4) Contract period shall be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
