[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation and call center services during Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
(2) Historical call volume was 145,307 calls for year 2013 and 149,120 calls for year 2014.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 14, 2015.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
