[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker and consulting services for coordinating with title company or attorney in preparing all paperwork, identify potential buyers for any properties, distribute sale documents to interest buyers and perform real estate related advisory, research, analysis and related consulting work as needed to the government authority located in Houston, TX.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
