[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital communication services including social media, mobile app and website use for the purpose of public involvement planning, communications planning, public information and public education efforts, developing creative concepts, digital analytic analysis, mobile application enhancements and website usability.
(2) Contract period shall be for three years.
