[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting services for depositions, transcribe all depositions including attendance, depositions, e-transcript, transcripts, copies, exhibits, delivery, on an as-needed basis to government authority located in Washington, DC.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
