[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services for signage packet, brochure design, and area market rent analysis, new tenant intake including marketing, establishing and maintaining site based waiting list, determination of applicant eligibility, applicant screening and tenant selection to the government authority located in Houston, TX.
(2) Contract period shall be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
