[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach and awareness campaign services for media relations or media buys to increase diversion and decrease recycling contamination rates.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting was held on October 22, 2015.
(3) Contract period shall be for three years.
