(1) Vendor needs to provide miscellaneous professional services includes architect-engineering services, studies and investigations, surveying and mapping, tests, evaluations, consultations, comprehensive planning, program management, conceptual designs, plans and specifications, value engineering, construction phase services, soils engineering, drawing reviews, and design of various transit to the government authority located in Tampa, FL.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 18, 2015.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
