[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital documents scanning services using scanning resolution at a minimum of 300 dpi in PDF format and copy to CD-ROM.
(2) Vendor must be located within a 50 mile radius of St. Louis, MO, Cincinnati, OH, St. Paul, MN and Chicago, IL.
(3) Approximate work volume will be 9,600 to 1,920,000 pages per year.
(4) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
