[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning and janitorial services for lottery including paper towels, toilet tissue, paper toilet seat protectors, liquid hand soap, liquid dish soap, trash bags, deodorants and sanitary supplies for use in the restrooms, kitchens and lunchroom to the government authority located in Salem, OR.
(2) A pre‐bid conference and walk‐through will be held on October 29, 2015.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
