(1) Vendor needs to provide general construction services for residences, facility buildings, visitor center, pump houses, rain water collection, fire protection facilities, large telescope buildings, smaller telescope buildings, water treatment plant and a fire protection water distribution system to the government authority located in Austin, TX.
