[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital documents scanning and conversion services using scanning resolution at minimum of 500 dpi in keyword searchable files on DVDs and to then preserve the source documents for long term storage.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 500 pages.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
